If you find the same EV charging cable offered at a lower price by a UK-based retailer, we’ll do our best to match it. Our Price Match Promise ensures you're getting unbeatable value on like-for-like products — with no hidden trade-offs.
What Qualifies for a Price Match?
To ensure fairness and consistency, the competing product must meet all of the following:
- Identical Construction: The cable must be manufactured to the same technical specification and with comparable component quality. This includes plug type, cable thickness, insulation rating, connector materials, and weatherproofing grade.
- Same Certifications: It must be certified to the same regulatory and safety standards (e.g. CE, UKCA, TUV).
- In Stock in the UK: The item must be physically stocked and available for immediate dispatch from within the UK. We must be able to verify this.
- Price Inclusive: The competitor’s price must be inclusive of VAT and delivery charges.
- Single Unit Price: The comparison must be based on the price of a single item, not a bulk or multi-buy discount.
- Standard Retail Price: Promotions, vouchers, sales, clearance, or timed discounts are excluded.
- Direct Retail Only: We do not price match against items sold on third-party marketplaces such as Amazon, eBay, Etsy, or other auction-style or reseller platforms.
What Doesn’t Qualify?
- Items from non-UK suppliers or dropshippers
- Lower-quality or unverified imitation cables
- Cables using different plug styles, internal components, or materials
- Accessories or chargers (this policy applies to cables only)
- Out-of-stock or pre-order items
- Prices that include temporary promotions, bundles, coupons, or sale codes
How to Request a Price Match
If you’ve found a comparable product at a lower price, simply email us the product link and we’ll verify the details.
If the product meets our criteria, we’ll match the price before you place your order. Unfortunately, we can’t apply price matches after a purchase has been made.
