Delivery Charge Increases

Fuel Surcharge Update – Effective 7th April

Due to ongoing global developments, including the impact of the Iran conflict and the resulting rise in fuel prices, a number of our delivery partners have implemented increases to their fuel surcharges.

From 7th April, these surcharges range from approximately 16% for UK deliveries up to 47.75% for international shipments, depending on the carrier and destination.

At present, DHL has not yet confirmed any changes to their fuel surcharge rates. However, based on wider market movements, we anticipate an update within the coming days and will reflect any changes as soon as they are formally announced.

As a business, we are committed to being fully transparent about cost increases. It’s important to note that we do not make any profit on delivery charges — all carriage costs are passed on at cost only, exactly as charged to us by our carriers.

Unfortunately, increases of this scale are not sustainable for us to absorb as a small business. As such, these additional costs will need to be applied to the carriage charges shown at checkout.

We understand that price increases are never welcome, and we sincerely apologise for any inconvenience caused. That said, this approach ensures you have complete visibility of delivery costs before completing your purchase, allowing you to make an informed decision.

Please be assured that as soon as fuel surcharges are reduced or removed, we will adjust our pricing accordingly without delay.

All applicable delivery costs will always be clearly displayed at checkout.

Thank you for your understanding and continued support.
